• You can trust us to give you a informed assessment of your case and to give you sound advice about how to proceed.

• Depending on the service you require, we will indicate whether you will be billed at a fixed price or billed at an hourly rate and whether a retainer will be necessary.

• Once we enter into a retainer agreement, you will be provided with monthly, itemized billing.
